• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are representative. Colours and textures may slightly vary due to screen differences.
• Sizes and measurements follow our size chart — please check before ordering.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after we contact you to verify details and (for COD orders) collect the advance deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

• Item is out of stock
• Advance deposit not received within the specified time
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect pricing displayed due to a technical error
• Delivery address is outside our service area

• The advance deposit confirms your order intent and reserves the item for you.
• Advances are paid via UPI, bank transfer, or in-store cash.
• If you refuse delivery without prior cancellation, the advance deposit will be forfeited.
• The advance is fully refundable if we are unable to fulfil the order.
• Approved returns will have the advance refunded as part of the total refund.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery is free within our standard service area. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Returns are accepted within 6 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review the full policy at /return-policy before making a purchase.

The Valley Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, curfews, or other events beyond our reasonable control — which in Jammu & Kashmir may include security situations, strikes, or severe weather.
